Arizona Cinco de Mayo Message

The movie “Machete” by Robert Rodriquez was shot in Austin, Texas last year and will have a great mix of stars: Danny Trejo, Cheech Marin, Lindsay Lohan, Robert De Niro, Jessica Alba, Don Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez (his wife) an Steven Seagal.

You might recognize places in Austin that are in the trailer. The hospital scene was filmed at the Austin State Hospital campus, about two buildings away from where I work. For a while there were trailers and cables all over the campus. There were a couple of star sightings and once I thought I saw Lindsay Lohan running around but after closer inspection I determined it was a squirrel.
